#1 Welcome to Quick Counsel

Welcome to the maiden voyage of the Quick Counsel Podcast. I’m your host, Bret Legg.

I’m a pastoral counselor with a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling, a Masters Degree in Religious Education, and more than 30 years of years of experience in helping people. And my goal with this podcast is to help people who might not ever go to counseling understand concepts and issues that could improve their life.

Please know this…This podcast is not a substitute for professional counseling or therapy. The purpose of this podcast is to give you, the listener, a simple and practical understanding of counseling issues and how they might apply to your life.

Each episode will be brief and easy to understand. We won’t take much of your time, but hopefully each episode will give you something that will be applicable to your life and help you grow.
